My Dearest. I do know what it means. It got its name from the old times when thieves used to steal a lamb from the shepherd and cook it on site. Lurucadi Klefdigo is the best I have ever tasted anywhere. I can assure you I paid for mine in Waitrose and it was bloody expensive too but never the less very tasty.
