Stand fierce Cypriots! Stand fierce!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Stand fierce Cypriots! Stand fierce!

Postby Omer Seyhan » Wed Sep 23, 2009 2:36 pm

STAND fierce to your coasts, Cypriots,

stand fierce to cock-eyed bobs of war,

guard full your flame and your future

as never you have before.

Wake from the village well,

wake from the isolation of the orangerie,

stand one and united forever

past the hour when this false-war shall stop.

Wake, my fellow Cypriots,

the fire and the fury comes;

now comes you hour of nationhood.

Nationhood only comes when the Turkish army goes back to whence it came from with its settlers. Try writing a poem about that.

Omer I am proud that you are the only Turkish Cypriot that sees that Turkey has kept you enslaved.

They are the only ones who have to fight to get them out. When Solomos Solomou tried they murdered him. God rest his soul.
