I saw a sign on Makedonias street on an old looking building opposite lastrata pizza. Its directly opposite a shop that sells windows and doors. Not that great looking on the outside, but good location. It says office for rent ( in Greek) on a banner outside, and it should deffinately be in the price range. Worth a look i guess
