…and every other Greek nationalist out there! 8)

May I ask why you consider me a nationalist?

Not just a “nationalist” but a “Greek nationalist”, just as I am a “Cypriot nationalist”.

Our difference is that I struggle to elevate Cyprus (my country) and you struggle to elevate Greece. Simple...

Do you believe I struggle to elevate Greece at the expense of Cyprus?

Not so much these days, but in the past...

How did I do that? Was I ever an enosist or did I ever speak against Cyprus's interests in any way? 9 out of 10 of my recent posts were countering some absurd claims of yours regarding Greece, and had nothing to do with Cyprus

When did you ever speak out against the coup? When did you ever condemn Greece? Like never!

You always believed in and supported the “Greekification” of Cyprus, do you not?

That’s elevating a FOREIGNER at Cyprus’ expense! And one that caused so much damage to our country I might add... so much for your patriotism!

Are you kidding me? I've spoken out against the coup and the Junta more times that you've said "myth"!

Get Real! wrote:You always believed in and supported the “Greekification” of Cyprus, do you not?

I do not. Simply because I do not view Greek Cypriots as foreigners in need of "Greekification". Does the Greek state promote any "Greekification" practices in any way? If yes what are they? If not, then it must be the Greek Cypriots themselves who speak of their Greekness, not me or the Greeks of Greece

Greek nationalism has indeed caused a lot of damage to both Cyprus and Greece. Turkish nationalism too. So, why can't you see the pattern and wish to apply a third kind of nationalism?
