Can one somebody explain the meaning of "Çifte su verildi, bilendi bıçak" in the context of this song.

A strange song. The only thing that comes to mind, is that 'you whet the honing stone by wetting it, then you sharpen your knife or knives. By adding the double amount of water might mean' big business'.

Someone more familiar with Turkish vernacularor from Turkey might give a different answer. Still interesting.
