NASA is already preoccupied with finding planetary systems capable of sustaining life.

Have you visited their crappy website? After wasting billions of dollars over the decades, all they’ve got to show for it are a couple of dozen fuzzy pictures!

Working in the Defence and Aeronautical Aerospace Industry, I only know too well what is in stall for us in the very near future.

Only 50 years ago, there were people like yourself that said, "man will never set foot on the moon".

Hold on tight GR!, because your grandchildren will be in for one hell of a ride....

Well now I know we're grounded!

Just imagine the progress that will be made by mankind over the next millennium by contrasting the scientific and technological breakthroughs of the 20th century and then imagining what will happen over the next 100 years.

And if a bunch of Cypriot goat herders managed to get a satellite into space, just imaging what other more advance nations are going to achieve......

A millennium… are we gonna last that long? I think not unless presidential candidacy eligibility is toughened to only accept scientists, humanitarians, and other good educated people that mean well.

A new textual analysis has suggested that God is not quite as powerful as previous interpretations of Genesis have suggested.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstop ... demic.html

Professor Ellen van Wolde, a respected Old Testament scholar and author, claims the first sentence of Genesis "in the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth" is not a true translation of the Hebrew.

She claims she has carried out fresh textual analysis that suggests the writers of the great book never intended to suggest that God created the world -- and in fact the Earth was already there when he created humans and animals.
