I hadn't realised the USA was officially a Third World Country, but I'll accept it since it comes from the horses mouth.

As for tattoos; the Greco-Romans used to practice this ancient body-art, a few thousand years ago now ... So we, as a nation, have grown out of such tribal rituals ... Although, like you Yanks, I believe the Maori still practice this:

Come on Purdey, we all know you are a "Hawk", but even you can't make out that Blackwater are just security guards! They are a bunch of mercenaries that have gotten away with all sorts of atrocities.

I am under no illusion they are mercenaries. I do however understand that not all their employees are trigger happy killers.
They do draw heavily from recently retired ex service personnel including some very experienced soldiers, well trained and very steady under extreme situations.

You know what purdey your 100% right they do have experienced soldiers that are well trained and very steady under extreme situations. just a few of them got complacent. But the company itself is a joke.
