In 1974 Grivas was dead. So, would you blame a dead man for what Turkey did? What I want to ask all Turkish Cypriots one question: Why did you help our enemy? Turkey did not do the Turks of Cyprus any favorites. They enslaved you, isolated you and made you paupers. So why did you encourage them when they invaded. Because Greeks hate communism. We fought against it. However, Turkey never fought for a cause that did not benefit her. They fought with the Central Powers during WW I. They slaughtered innocent Armenians because the wanted their freedom for Ottoman Rule. They were losing the war against the Greece when the Asia Minor Greeks fought for their freedom of Pontia, Constantinople, Symrna. But they kissed England's ass so they could slaughter 4 million Orthodox Christians: Greeks, Armenians, Assyrians, and Georgians. During WW 2 they played on Hitler. When they saw that Hitler was losing they join the allies in April 1945. Funny the war ended in May 1, 1945. Not one Turk fought in that war. When Greece was fighting the Communists. Turkey did nothing but get fat. However, when Truman help the Greeks they begged Truman to help them fight their "communists" who were non-existence. They begged Truman to put bases on Turkey for their protection. The truth is the Soviets hate Turks more than capitalism.

So play the victim. The only victims in this who scenio are the Greeks and Turkish Cypriots. But the Turkish Cypriots are so afraid of Turkey they lie on this forum. But, speak to them privately they will admit they fear Turkey and kiss their ass so they will not be killed. The only people who killed Turkish Cypriots are the Turkish army. That is God's honest truth. Or should I say Allah's honest truth and all of the Turks know it to be true. That is what is sad.
