How did GCs called TCs in the last 100-150 years? Which namenclatures were used by GCs to call TCs?

Turks? Turcos? Turco Gibriagi? Cypriot Turks? Ottomans? Muslims? Mongols? Anatolian Turks? Turkish Cypriots? Turk Cypriots? Gibro Turkgigi? Turkgigi Gibro?

Durchi je Hristiani - Turks and Christians. They called themselves Christians rather than Greeks; they called you Turks rather than Cypriots.

That was before the nationalism movement I think.... before early 1800s. I don't think they were calling TCs as Turks while calling themselves as Christians. As far as I remeber, we were called muslims until the introduction of nationalism movement into Christians of Cyprus.

Durchi je Hrisgani is what I used to hear. But then again, according to the forum ENT specialist (GR), my hearing is not so good. Pardon?
