GR overwhelming majority of TC don't consider themselves as plain Cypriots like u. TCs consider themselves both Turkish and Cypriot. Those settlers who were born in North or came when they were 0-12 y.o all absorbed TC cultural identity and contributed a lot to many aspects of native TC life. These settlers r not just Turkish anymore.. they too r both Cypriot and Turkish.

On the other hand, those people of Cyprus who consider themselves as plain Cypriots for various purposes have always been in minority.

How many "Cypriots" r there in GC parliament? AKEL?

There's no need to tell turkey to ferk off until TCs and GCs and Turks and Greeks having some common interests in our common region and sort their differences out. Like it or not. This should be done.

U should think regional rather than local, re Gibriyagi Italiano Everything goes global. Not all of the Cypriots r liberalists, as i previously stated; there r ultra-nationalists, nationalists and conservatives too. Liberalists r only able to sort their differences out but they r in minority on both sides of the island. At this point, unfortunately; majority rules... actually leads to another catastrophe...
