You also can't differentiate between a Greek or Cypriot, apart from dialect. And even that is not so between Cypriots and Greeks from Crete, Rhodos and Kos.

That's not what I mean.
What I mean is how Cyprus has offered so much to Hellenism, language is only one small part of the equation.
Cypriots need to be proud, because without Cypriots, the Hellenic culture would not exist as we know it today.
And it just amazes me how this culture continues to burn brightly with so many obstacles in its way. A true miracle!
