I don't have a personal experience with them but looking at their website, they don't seem to be responsible at all.
they didn't even bother to change their website for 5 years.
they write among their clients is woolworth which changed to Hermes a few years ago and now it's debenhams. They also write Arab bank which ended it's operations in Cyprus in 2005
So, Raymanhoff you should be happy if they called you 7 hours later.
