He appears to be way too well given how recent the event was.

I should have said that first before I joined the conversation, but there is a gang on this forum who are hell bent on driving all the decent people off the forum.

Decent people don't support crimes and ethnic cleansing. He is an asshole and just because his son had an accident this doesn't make him any better.

A comment like that just goes to show what a total asshole you are, Sotos.

No, Sotos is quite right of course. Call it cultural differences; but GCs don't regain "normality" very quickly (ever) after the death of a loved one.

We have to live with the living not with the dead. We lose our loved ones, we still love them but we have to move on with our lives. I know TCs here who go to the grave side every week. It isn't a cultural thing. Some people can cope with it better then others. We have a phrase "Olenle olunmez" meaning "Cannot die with the dead".
Anybody who can't cope with it should seek some help.

Utu, that is called stating the bleeding obvious in these parts.

What is obvious is that Expatwiki and utu is the same person. And if I am an asshole and then a member of my family has an accident I will not be an asshole anymore? What kind of stupid logic is that? It is unfortunate what happened to his son but this didn't change the character of Expatwiki. He was an asshole before the accident and he continues to be an asshole now because he support crimes and ethnic cleansing.

Your view of the Cyprus Problem is very one dimensional. The world is in 3 dimensions. Open your mind to the responsibility of the GC leadership and the RoC and Greece and Junta and America and Russia as to who has what responsibilities for what in hte Cyprus problem.
So noe back to you cage.
Sod off.
