As for as the General Section goes, I am sad at its deteriation; threads and posts should be either informative, interesting or amusing. We have got to the stage where it is almost a Chat Room and far too many of the posts contain 'content' that should be handled by pm or Email and should not appear here. I will monitor this more closely in future.
I also think that many Forumers are getting increasingly bored with the on-going spats between waring members. The odd witty rebuke is fine, but childish and repeated insults interest no-one and have no place here, so please forgive and forget - or future posts will be deleted.

I think the only salvation for the Cyprob threads is too ban every member with over 5,000 posts to his/her name (thats involved in the cyprob). We've all lost that energy to research and argue well structured threads. Cynicism has now taken over so much that the minute a new member sets foot on the cyprob they will be contamintated by the cyprob dinosaurs. All our prejudices and personal history between the VIP and professor members give the new member no chance of contributing anything worthwhile.
So, in colnclusion Lana......please ban us and end it.
