7.5 EURO FOR A GREEK COFFEE!!!

Cinema, theater, music etc.

Has anyone been to Japan? I paid $12(US) for a juice( unsure what kind) from a vending machine & $15 for a couple of robot made sushi. This is the future. Is this where Cyprus is headed? If you think that traditional service would be profitable maybe you have found a genuine opportunity.

Cheap tourist in an Iland-coming by bycicles?Either Cyprus will attract good tourists or it will leave with only few STUPID tourists paying Euro 7.5 for a cofee.

Last night central Athens -place where this owner of the cafe in old Limassol port has bever seen in his life - 1 capuccino + 2 hot chockolates + 3 small bottles water total Euro 12.70.!!(COSTA COFEE PLACE- THE KNOWN ITALIAN).
However, i know Cyprus is the central of Earth therefore we hv to pay something more....

By cheap tourists i mean the sun and beer mentality, who will go anywhere that is hot and they can drink ,look at the increase in all-inclusive holidays...

The market in cyprus its small and in a small market they charge higher just to stay in business this doesnt mean they make huge profits though, given the fact that in prime location they pay huge amount in rent too. Its one things to have a amrket of 1 million and another thing to have a market of 10 million .

There is a difference between profit and over charging, I pay 2 euros a drink in places where toursts pay 5..
Tourists these days are more widely travelled and have internet,if they feel cheated they will not return and voice their opinion online..........
