Are Greek Cypriots white?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Classic paranoia! You overestimate Halil’s cunning…

Add me to the paranoid, conspiracy theorists please Unkie cos the same thing happened (IMHO) with the Bayrak c&p after the Morphou Incident a few days ago.

But, we’ve always had multiple threads of a wide range of topics going on at the same time, so what's so different now? :?

GR! you are too trusting .... and lack the ability to multi-process subtle patterns which emerge in thread dynamics.

This has happened before as bill c. has commented.

There is only one thread on the Lapithos mass graves and it was languishing way down the CyProb, ignored, with this one revolving like mad, for complete nonsense ...

So, I resurrected Lit's thread and lo and behold insan and halil ignored the Lapithos thread and kept posting rapidly on this shitty one until it disappeared down again ... so I resurrected it again ... then clever bill noticed too ...

Not entirely sure so only at a guess ... things are coming to a head. This may be the last chance for those who want to hang on to the spoils of war to have their way. For these thieves the talks must continue and they would have been very alarmed when our Pres X had the courage to postpone for a few days in the wake of Morphou and the Lapithos grave claims would be seen as another threat to the talks, also to be buried (please excuse pun, not intended, under other threads.

I may be wrong but our O's a woman and they are always right about this sort of thing.

Well, maybe we should employ a full-time “thread analyzer” to come up with all these sophisticated thread statistics and bury our heads deep into them to somehow improve our debating skills… :?

Bump it all you want Oracle… because what could Turkish Cypriots possibly post in such a convicting thread?

I don't really care for their opinions, GR! I just think more people will see the thread if it's kept near the top ... so that they can make up their own minds.

Often it's not the inane exchanges which follow that matter but just seeing the thread news ... as far as I'm concerned, anyway.

... I'm off this stupid thread.

I think Greek Cypriots are a mixture, my brother is very dark, I am very pale, my dad is in-between. It all depends, there is no standard skin tone for Cypriots. However, dark hair is a standard, and in the most brown eyes too. Anybody with fair hair probably had some sort of English influence. Many Greek Cypriots have ginger highlights on their beared too.

I will have to ask my GC friend if he can give me specific details of his father being forced to bury GCs with a bulldozer that were killed by the Greek junta..... 8)

My dads side from Rizokarpaso is very pale and with blue eyes, the other half from Morphou is olive skinned and brown eyes. We're all a cross on this island.

Zan, The fact that GC killed GCs is not in doubt. How many is. They claim to have killed 97, which is quite funny, considering that the GC administration new of buried GC soldiers and continued to keep them on the missing list. We are supposed to believe anything the RoC says?
There is a video of a priest saying he has buried over 400 people with a Greek Soldier telling him to bury them quick. If they were killed by the Turks or TCs why would a Greek officer deliver them in trucks and then ask them to burry them quick? It just does not add up.

There is no doubt that both sides killed innocent civilians. It is very encouraging that the missing are finally being found and their families can now find peace.

What is shameful is the effort of some forum members to try to capitalise on these atrocities now, but they will fail. We have known about these deaths since 1974, there is nothing new here. It will not derail the talks either to the same forumers disgust.
