Shefika's bar ?

It's a beach bar and the original one. It has this vine which produces about 100 kg of grapes. She cuts it off the tree for take-away.

A very old friend of my parents. She is great walking around with her whistle telling people off for going where they shouldn't. The grapes are great. The two houses at the entrance to the bar are my first cousins. Last year we were there and although I never got to do it, My BiL uncle said that if you go into the water around 9pm you will get small fish that will come in their tens and clean all the old skin off your body.....Love to give it a try.... :D

Yiasemi should have been the national symbol of Cyprus. Nothing reminds me more of my late grandmother than yiasemi. Have it in my garden as well Halil and it fills the air.

“Why should I do my shopping in the Greek Cypriot side when Greek Cypriots are not shopping in my side?” Tatar says .... also he adds every kind of shopping made from the Greek Cypriot side causes harm to the TRNC economy, Tatar stressed the need for keeping the money used for shopping within the TRNC borders.

I like this Tatar- he is supporting what ROC should do so many years-close the boarders as north is a military occupied territory where official authorities have no control. Can not guarantee (the official government) the security of people move in the occupied area-boarders must be closed until area re enter under the ROC's control.
Maybe G/Cs must look to some T/cs to protect their long terms rights instead of the neotiators of surrenter they have 35 years now.
