mi name is rina saban, my husband is jewish carlos saban , his father is turkish, borned in Esmir, we lived in Israel since 4 years, but the life is very hard, so we decide to move to spain (my father is spanish, im spanish cittizen), now we live in spain wiht my husband and my 3 kids, of 13, 12 and 10 years old.
in this country the economy is down, we haven´t home, work, nothing.
we need help, for move another country with more possiblity.
please . do you know something some jewish comunity in cyprus for help us?
is very important for my kids, they are excellent student, and they haven´t books for stusy in spain,

You are Jewish and Argentinian, Turkish father, lived in Israel, Spanish citizen ... why do you ask for help in Cyprus???

Dear Sir/Madam,

I do not see the problem with your nationality or sub-nationality as the case maybe. Cyprus is a European country, and if you are a Spanish citizen who have the right to live anywhere in Europe, which includes Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece etc.

In terms of the Jewish Cypriot community you will not be too pleased to realize that there very few Jews, it is a very small community, which is normally based around people who come in and out of Cyprus for business reasons.

My I also advise you that Cyprus is a European country, and it's economy is similar to a European economy. I advice you to stay where you are until the economy get's better. You cannot keep travelling to and from countries expecting help, you have to make the best with what you have.

Under such circumstances, the best thing u could do is to ask social assistance of Spanish government.

The Jewish minority is the richest minority in the world. A few companies come to mind, Universal, Google, Facebook, MGM, PEPSI, Marks and Sencers.

However, not all Jews are rich.

Try The Chabad Centre in St Barnabus church Limassol.
Take no notice of GR there are thousands of Jews in Cyprus, and more arriving every week.
