According to the poll conducted by Gnora/RAI in the government administered Greek Cypriot south, 56 percent respondents are against rotating presidency in a reunified federation, a clear rejection to any Turkish Cypriot president.

Either Chris couldn't have managed to explain the merits of rotating presidency or 56% of GCs still bear the old but dead mentality that TCs r just a minority and no more than minority rights should be given to them. I tend to believe both influnce the point of view of 56% of GCs who r against rotating presidency but latter has more influence.
