The two main stumbling blocks are property and guaranty. Both are possible. If it wasn't they wouldn't waste their time and effort trying to get there only to find out that there is no agreement.
In the give and take stage, the percentage of land will be agreed near 27/73% and guaranty for the TCs can be diluted so that it will be acceptable to GCs.
Have faith in the human nature of these two leaders who genuinely wish to solve the Cyprus problem despite the opposite wishes of the hard liners of both sides.
Let's hope the budging starts soon as we are all getting a bit fed up !
