If you ask my opinion it is much better to have a special relaion with EU than be a full member.Less obligation, less stupid-useless-and costly regulations upon regulations upon regulations.If Cyprus did not have the Political problem I would prefer 100 times for us to have a special relation.

It will exist. Because it is an economic union and power which does not spend it's money in stupid wars. What will not exist the way we know it today is the USA.
