love is like drifting along a slow-moving river, lying on your back in the boat, ripples lapping rhythymically on the side of the boat, birds softly churping, you're looking up at the blue sky and watching apple blossom petals gently falling off the trees and floating down onto the water... blissful contentment!

so love is when you wanna be emotional and wanna exchange feelings and lust is pure sexual attraction..!! how would u love anyone without being sexually atracted to them! if so that mean that lust is a beganing of love..!!

!! well i am a super star yes but about lusting before loving im only asking cause i dont believe in love nor lust.. its a friend of me put it up as a statue in facebook that she is confuse is she in love or its lust and i simply didnt know the answer or the defarent.. for me thats rubbish, love always have a start and an end so its bollocks, just a state of mind i think, lust is when u see someone hot and turn you on!! i might be wrong since im bit weird when it comes to such issues like that, asking doesnt do any harm!!!!!!

Before my partner and I were like in love, yes our relationship was built on lust (and lots of it!!!)
however we are now happy in love and always making plans together for the future, even after all this time we still fancy eachother to bits, and find eachother sexy, WHOOP WHOOP

Emma (and ladies), we may (men and women) look at love and lust differently but in a man's mind, they are two separate concepts. You can love a person or a thing but not lust for it! You can lust for a person or thing but not love it! You can do both simultaneously BUT they are not linked or dependent on each other.
When I say "I love you", it is that person's nature/character/personality in relationship to me I am loving. I can also enjoy fabulous sex driven by insatiable lust but not love that person. I am not sure (and you can explain perhaps) but I think women (and I don't mean to generalise... not EVERY woman, but...) tend to associate the two as going hand in hand... this is why some ladies make the mistake of assuming that if they are having sessions of incredible sex with a guy that proposal, marriage and kids will inevitably follow... which is often not the case
