I am fat and wrinkly skinned, so what shall I do? Stay home all the time so you won't see me? Emma don't forget you will get old one day. Please have some respect for others.

Exactly!!!

Nicosia is boring. More so in summer. No sea = boring.

im m ore of a swimming pool person but no one sticks around in one place during the summer u go to agia napa protarasw limassol everywhere..

in the north why is it they charge people to go to the sea? thats a bit strange to me... swimming pool yes but to go to the beach you have to pay?!

how desperate are they in the north for money

My vote went for Larnaca as well. I wouldn't change Nicosia for anything. The trendy sushi bars, the cool clubs, the bars (hustle, montecristo, aperitivo) the Cafe's, the steak houses ( 61, Starz, the Steak Co)the football (will be watching Champions League from GSP this year), the fact that its the only place in Cyprus you can get some work done, the fact that it changes every month with new high rises and modern buildings on Griva Dighenis and Stasinou.

The old town just gets better and better with hidden treasures everywhere, such as Irodo's, Kathodon, Oktana, places you can sit outside and have a glass of wine while someone sits with a guitar in the corner playing Gia to kalo mou....

The fact that you can NEVER forget the Turkish occupation in Nicosia, the fact that the green line is right there, the fact that every morning when I go to work I see pac man on my left and my resolve to never give up an inch of this land gets stronger.

The fact that you are in the closest thing comparable to a city. I've lived in Central London for 15 years before coming back to Nicosia and I haven't got bored yet.

Palio, you’ve got every right to hate football but you haven’t got the right to embarrass Cyprus with your sometimes atrocious spelling! Please raise your standards for our beloved Cyprus. :(
