Firstly there is no such thing as a Turkish Cypriot accent (sive), we have our own unique dialect of Turkish (Agiz). THere are quite a few odd words with Azeri's. Some funny examples are as follows.

"Bas Pezevenk Demirel" This was a header for a Azeri newspaper when Demirel payed a visit to Azerbaijan. Turkish literal meaning is "Head pimp Demirel",where as in Azeri dialect Pezevenk means minister.

"Karabag'da yarrakli saldiri", Turkish meaning "Attack with cock's in Karabag" in azeri dialect "Yarrak" means "firearm" and not "cock".

another funny one is the verb "itmek" which means "to push" in Turkish, but then again in Azeri dialect it means "to fuck".

When you say "our fellow TC friend", you are no doubt talking about MR-from-NG who has shown that his aptitude or his attention span to hold any kind of political discussion is pretty much at the same level as yours and YFreak's, which amounts to very little, both of you put together that is, but we still love MR-from-NG, just because he has a way to amuse us with his posts, and that's the way he is.
