Will you say "Yes" or "No" in the next referendum?

....If the new "Ban Ki Plan" is similar to that of the former "Annan Plan", consisting of two Constituent States under a "United Cyprus Republic".

Three things count for me-

1- territory, the closer to the population ratio the better, British bases lie exclusively on GC side, no contact with TC side

2- settlers repatriated

3- are human rights guaranteed for all citizens and up to itnernational standards

If any of the above is missing it is a NO.

Greek Cypriots would have to be VERY stupid to vote in favor of Turkey’s ETERNAL meddling in Cyprus’ affairs that such a “Turkish Cypriot State” (federated or otherwise) would give them!

...read my Manifesto. It is Bizonal and Bicommunal. Cyprus: three governments; one Capital.

Federally, three votes (or more if other ethnicities have representation) for every citizen and every citizen votes exactly the same way.

National Assemblies represent a population within its Jurisdictional Territory, providing service to all its electors in a manner where as Majorities they recognise the special needs of the Minorities that live amongst them.

The island does not have to be torn in two. Enclaves will provide for the pattern of frontiers which will be necessary for us to live Communally, even if the Green Line remains it will not be a border.

...a modified Annan Plan is "off the table" like so many before it. However something new, representing many good points from the many plans may be the "Perfect" result we are seeking to our Problem.
