Also, water used in construction of property is charged at a much higher rate than 'domestic' water.

When you explain things to Cypriots they usually understand. :)

Because you are dependent on your Developer's good will, or otherwise, to obtain your Title Deeds. My Developer and I will be appearing in the same Court, next month to 'discuss' this very thing.....

its a case of if you dont allow them to do it, you dont get your title deeds?

My Title Deeds are costing me €25,000 plus Property Transfer Tax - but it is a long story. So, I attach a picture of my lawyer...

:? What on earth are you people in Paphos doing there??? My deeds are ready to be collected for just 150 odd euros and I haven't even bothered to go pick them up! :lol:
