I eat fish and chicken, no other meat, I eat stacks of fruit, and make a wicked home made victoria sponge, my homemade custard creams are yummy too.
my top fave has to be fruit, i love it anytime of the day and it makes me feel good and is great for my skin.
I also think its good to eat chocolate, it gives lots of energy when i need it.
basically i can eat whatever i like and still be a size 6/8!!!! WHOOP WHOOP

i eat every thing..!!when im hungry i just eat..! fish, meat, chickens or what evaa! i dont gain weight, i never did and im sort of skinny!! seriously man.. but im a hyper person i dont stop moving and doing stuff...

Four Keos for breakfast as well,

is this wine (litres) or beers the same amount.

I have a balnced diet, a bowl of cereal on one shoulder and a bannana on the other. :lol:
Get Real is very balanced he has a chip on both shoulders. :shock:

Is goat a good basis for a diet? Get's tough though sometimes.... root veg are scarce and fresh fruit virtually inaccessible.... can't wait to be in Cyprus and eat some real food (drool)
