Their only strikes about their 13th wages .......

we all get 13th wages in TRNC lols .... did u know it .... our ones will be in December ... it means we will get double wages lol.... in December .....

do u have such a opportunity lol ....... no u don't have it lady O....

lick your fingers lol......

Actually Halil the 13th salary is implemented in 90% of businesses over here. However I heard that most firms over there simply get the annual salary they should pay and divide it by 13 instead of 12 thus getting the 13th salary 8)

In here I am talking about civil servant wages not the private firms .

In my work we do get extra compensation money every month as well for working under the radio frequency ...which we do get 14th wages per year. How we got them ... we got them with our union hard working and bargaining with our bosses.
42 days off per year . free hospital treatment and medicine.

Halil merely posted the fact that a group of workers had gone on strike demanding settlement of a financial consideration by their employers ie their entitlement , presumably part of their contract of employment , of the 13th month salary.
I doubt whether any international body will interpret this strike action as anything else other than what it is. A strike by a group of workers.

14 FLIGHTS WERE DISRUPTED DUE TO SATURDAY’S STRIKE

Cyprus Turkish Airlines has announced 700 thousand Dollar loss following Saturday’s strike by pilots and flight operations experts.

It was announced by the President of the Cyprus Turkish Airlines Board of Directors Erol Atakan.

Speaking to the BRT, Mr Atakan said 14 flights had been disrupted during the strike and 13 of the flights had been carried out on Sunday while the other has been carried out sunday following 48 hours of delay.

The pilots held the strike over the failure of the CTA to pay their 13th salary.

Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Turkish Civil Aviation Workers’ Union, UÇ-SEN, which represents pilots and flight operations experts working for the CTA, have held a meeting to decide on its next step.

49 pilots and flight operations experts took part in the action.
The week-end’s strike was the second to be held by the union.
