DIana James a madame of a UK brothel that has been fined 2.6mGBP and sentenced to 200 hours community service has been located (where else) in the occupied areas in her attempt to avoid paying up.

One more criminal added to that colourful community of Brit expat carpetbaggers in the occupied areas.
