Tiny Cyprus has 2 athletes in the finals of the World Championships ( Kyriacos Ioannou being the other one)
Even if they come stone last at 8th position, technically it means...
Eleni would be the 8th fastest woman over 200m on earth
And Kyriacos would be the 8th best highjumper on earth.
Not bad for a country the size of Beijings smallest suburb.
