That's fine but what about territorial adjustments?

Thats why both side leaders are on the talking on the table to find workable solution . Which is one of the hardest part of the talks like equal power sharing .

What is wrong with a fair solution from the UN?

Or even arbitration based on the principles of the UN Charter.

Guess who would lose out big time

Jerry, everyone except the GCs (Inc Shitbags) accepted the Annan plan as being a fair solution. Next one will not be that different.
Territory split will also be roughly the same, and I also suspect that it will be slightly worse than the last one if the history of these negotiations is anything to go by.

Fred, Annan was rejected, anything worse will be rejected. If the GCs agree to, but are unhappy with, a solution it won't last just as in 1960. You can't impose a "punishment solution" on the island's majority and then expect them to govern the island jointly in good faith.

Blimey Nicos Sampson has made an appearance. C'mon Nicos how much did the CIA pay you and your EOKA boys to get the Archbishop out. 8)

And who are you? Lala Mustafa Pasha or Ecevit? Whomever you are, you are in Cyprus because of Turkish crimes against Cyprus. Time to stop your crimes and let Cyprus free!

It will be very democratic in each zone.

This is not personal and you are taking it very personal. Now you realise that you are tempting fate by wishing such a thing on another, and normally it turns and bites the culprit of such a wish in the appropriate place. Now, please understand that I am not wishing, I am just passing on a few of my extra years of wisdom I have over you.
