After all citizens of the TRNC vote on the Annan Plan.
It does not matter whether GCs negotiate with Turks or TCs because there still will be the Cyprus problem exist. Be it TCs or Turks in Cyprus, Turkish solution thesis regarding Cyprus will have stay the same and let's say TRNC becomes all Turkish; Turkey still would have to exert to solve the problem as one of her duties towards the alliance she is a part of... As all other concerned parties; Turks and TCs will have an eye on their own interests as a nation.
There r some cultural and dialectical differences between Turks of Turkey and TCs, it's true but there r similar differences between Turks of different regions of Turkey too and also Turks of other independent Turkish states.
Had TRNC been completely pure TCs, still there would have been nothing changed regarding the solution of Cyprus problem. Turkey supports TCs more than Greece support GCs because of some very well known disadvantages of TCs.
In the end, overwhelming majority of TCs consider themselves as part of Turkish nation.
There is not a Cyprus problem. Never was such a problem- problem is just the Turks in Cyprus.
