I clicked on the 3 separate sections individually. Then left clicked to format then cropped top and bottom (and added some contrast too ) and now all three fit on one page and look like one web-page ...

I'm amazing .... and deserve a treat ...

Right, pay attention. You left click over the picture in WORD, and it outlines it. Then you right click and a drop-down comes up with the last item being the formatting choice. You left click on that and a box opens with the options to crop from top or bottom in cm ... as well as showing the contrast and brightness features!

(Of course, I'm still really grateful to have done the main thing which is inserted the web-page onto the document, the rest is merely presentation and packaging!)

Do you have a program called Microsoft Office Picture Manager?

If so, then try using that. You will need to save your image as a JPEG and then Open With Microsoft Office Picture Manager. The Crop function is much easier and neater.
