How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I don’t know what the hell you’re talking about and neither could I care less Epsilon, because to me your ideas are as outdated as Kologotronis…

Sorry, I’m racist so I’m only interested in what Cypriot nationalists have to say and nobody else.

These “Turks of Cyprus”, or “Greeks of Cyprus”, or “Twerps of Cyprus”, and all other variants, will have to solve their own problems because we Cypriots only have time for ours.

What TCs in 35 years?

Don't you worry you little mind over that one. I'l be there with the rest of the clan.

The Cyprus problem is no longer an issue of a 400 year old minority Ottoman community unable to settle down, but a FRESH occupation of illegal Turkish settlers as a whole. The Ottoman remnants are now too few to be excluded from the illegal settlers.

What could you mean old boy? On your bike.

People aren’t really talking about “Turkish Cypriots” as much as before anymore, but they’re calling everyone in the occupied territory the “illegal Turkish settlers” these days because TCs have been overwhelmed by them into insignificance.

Times are changing, attitudes are changing, and thus what constitutes “the problem” is changing too.

Almost all diaspora TCs have second homes in TRNC and as u have been witnessing in Cyprus forum, they r more concerned abt Cyprus problem than the TCs have been living in TRNC... So u don't need to worry abt them... They immigrated due to the economic conditions arised from unjust economic isolation of TC community... both TCs and Turkish settlers r people of same nation. The GC properties, the Turkish settlers occupy is another issue and could be solved...

"the Turkish settlers occupy is another issue and could be solved..."

How? By bringing more of them every day and naturalising them by the thousands? This is how the problem will be solved? At some point you got to realise that tricks are seen for what they are. What proposals has the TC side made for the settlers? The last one I saw was legalisation for all of them, by Talat a couple of weeks ago.

You're basically verifying what I've been trying to say...

The Cyprus Problem is no longer an “inter-communal” problem because that “other community” that we once knew has since amalgamated with huge Turkey, so of course we no longer have a “other community” and Cypriots will never accept any plan that gives any rights to this newfound 70 million strong “community”!

Let’s stop kidding ourselves… the “Turkish Cypriot” is no more.

No, GR's pencil is definitely broken.

GCs have been using that idea in the beginning by not sitting in the same room during negotiations. It seems back to square one. But this time you don’t have 35 years. You only have 12 more months, by which time it will be all over for you and us. Either we’ll be one country or two. However you will have to keep GR in the south because oddballs are not allowed in the North.
