No place to run for the CHEAPSKATES !!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The European Convention of Human Rights and the decisions of the ECHR are clear: invasion and occupation do not extinguish or alter the property rights of individuals. It is that simple. No agreement backed by a plebiscite, no legalisation of the property issue.

Whatever the RoC is doing with TC properties, ie compulsory purchase orders for airports and ports etc, there is a trustee who holds their property and the titles are intact. There were court cases where GCs were ordered out of TC properties in Limassol precisely because the title was intact.

The TCs by contrast adopted a "constitution" which includes a clause of mass expropriation of GC properties. In short, the so called state adopts institutionalised racially motivated violation of the European Convention. From there it proceded to sales of stolen land to foreigners. That is the case whether some like it or not. Facts are facts.

So Shah who is the ridiculous here , you with the 40 thousand Turkish army illegally occupying a part of Cyprus or the entire world !!
I know , the entire world is wrong but the third world nation of Turkey is correct !
Cant you not see what this nation is doing to you , slowly but surely driving you to extinction.

Says the man who lives in the UK, do you feel extinct Miltiades?

Also tell me this, are you claiming that the RoC, who blames us for using GC land illegally, is not using any TC property illegally her self at the moment?

Since I know a number of T/Cs who recently sold land in the RoC , as well as one who does not mince his words and neither does he shy away from blatant injustices , I dont know of any T/C land that has been legally disposed off . The T/C land belongs to the legal deed holder. Land has been expropriated by the government including masses of land belonging to G/Cs in order to facilitate the construction of the motorways.
There is no land whose original legal deed holder has lost as a result of unscrupulous developers.

Third world nation????...........Turkey?...............Oh brother are they still feeding you this rubbish?

Still as long as idiots believe it some other idiot will keep making it up.

My friend , i stated this many times-the problem of "Turkish Democracy" is not its third World status and policies but is the fact that its citizens do not realize that their country do not have Democracy.Of course there are reasons for this but citizens of West Turkey (at least many of them) they can not understand or they do not know what is the life in Eastern portion of their country/

If the population consider a hitten dictatorship as democratic then this dectatorship has many years to survive.

For many Turks of east Turkey the best wish from outsiders is for them to wake up and understand that Attaturk's dream for a Western way of life is still sleepping in a big part of Turkey.

You should, in that case, check how many court cases have been filed against the RoC government on that matter, you might be pretty surprised.

April the 1st 2010 the day that Britain signs up to the" EUROPEAN ARREST WARRANT " Treaty.
Under the terms of the treaty, British courts must allow an extradition if a European Arrest Warrant has been issued, even if there are concerns about the standards of justice in the country that they are being sent to.
Effectively it means that the RoC CAN ISSUE A WARRANT FOR THE ARREST OF A CHEAPSKATE AND IT CAN BE LEGALY ENFORCED THROUGHOUT EUROPE.
Dr. Death watch out !!
These brain dead yobs will get what they deserved. Their own Home office advised against purchasing in the occupied part of Cyprus, against all common sense they have gone ahead , in the process they have absorbed enough hatred for the G/Cs purely and simply because they are shitting themselves and worried about their unscrupulous investments. Bastards , how dare they " purchase my ancestors land and scream out , as CLARETS Did - Dr Death - that it was not mine in the first place .
You thieving little shit you will find out sooner rather than later who the legal owner of the land your villa is built on.

Anyone can file a court case ... it costs nothing. And so your point is irrelevant (again). What is important is the outcome!

My friend the idea that democracy being alive and well in any nation is imho a myth.............In any election there are two main parties. The parties will both have been funded by the same families and corporations who control the finance of that country. The voter gets a choice of heads or tails but it is always the same coin and both sides are owned by the same people....Get it?

There is no such thing as true democracy anymore anywhere in the world. It is a myth, it has been abused.

I just came back from Italy.........My friend told me their last Communist leader also owned a sixty million dollar yatch?.........................now have i missed something here?.................democratically elected communist priminister owns 60mil yatch................................DEMOCRACY??????????

Now that sound more like third world status, wouldn’t you say?

Everyone’s democracy is their own affair but everyone’s government is controlled by those who fund them. By those who entrust their own affairs to that government and will fund accordingly to ensure they are looked after.

There is no democracy anymore (except a few places with exceptional circumstances).

I would say democracy as you think and understand it to be, died about 50 years go. About the time of The Kennedy assassination and I think that sad sorry affair and the assassination of Luther King put paid to the idea of any decent democracy existing again.

I don’t know why you are talking about democracy anyway. I simply stated that Turkey is far from a third world country. And that this myth is just another example of some idiot giving false information for other idiots to believe. Sure Turkey got its poorer regions evry nation has them e.g. Hillbillies in The States………………I even met a Greek Cypriot fresh out of Cyprus who must have lived in a cave most of his life too, such was his manner……….Evry nation has its corners.

So there is no such thing as a democratically elected President !!!!
Do you know the meaning of democracy. In my opinion democracy is a system of governance that the people are asked periodically to select between two or more political parties , freely and without hindrance , the outcome of such a selection process is based on Democracy's most fundamental principle that of majority rules.
I think you misunderstand the meaning of democracy .Google it mate .
For your information a democratically elected government has the support of the majority of the people , there is no other known system that functions satisfactorily , not perfectly but satisfactorily , apart from dictatorship.

Milt, democracy is meaningless when to be elected you have to invest 1000 million dollars and the two or three choices you get is Right Wing, More Right Wing and Outright Fascist.
What good is it for man or beast?
