Turkish navy ship hits reef off Greek coast

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Premier Erdogan visited the orphanage of the Patriarchate on Saturday. He spoke of the christian minority in Turkey. Are you saying he has a problem too?

And why should the presence of 50 to 60 000 people who regard themselves as Turks in Thrace force the renaming of all moslems to Turks. Pomaks and Rom do not much like that idea and they are as numerous as the self styled Turks.

In that meeting he met with all representatives so that's why he would refer to them Christians but normally there is a clear distinction of Greek, Armenian, Jewish etc. minorities and everyone refers to them based on their ethnicity and noone has a problem with that.

If people in Western Thrace form an organization called "Turkish Teachers' Association" or "Turkish Union of Xanthi" and you ban it because of its name, you lose all your credibility. As I told you 1 million times before, you are in no position to give democracy and human rights lessons to others.

If we for a moment accept the existence an entity known as the “TRNC” (an entity which so distinguished an observer as İlter Türkmen has stated will never be recognised), then I am curious to know how you would categorise the Greek-speaking population of Rizokarpaso (Dipkarpaz), which is included within the territory of this pseudo-state.

Perhaps the following quote from a discussion by Ali DAYIOĞLU

http://www.gaxxi.com/kibrisyazilari/kib ... yioglu.pdf

into the Greek school in Rizokarpaso may help to put things in focus.

Even though the Turkish Cypriots in the south of Cyprus and the Greek Cypriots in the north of Cyprus are not recognised as minorities under prevailing domestic and international jurisprudence, it is evident that under current political conditions the Greeks in the north and the Turks in the south at least constitute a de facto minority group.

Would you like to comment on the non-recognition of the Turkish minority in Greece as well?

Just a minute. You are the one who has said, "Idiot there is no Greek minority in KKTC." You are the one who has boldly claimed "We are mature enough to call our minorities with their ethnicity ". The contradiction is yours to explain. The point is that you cannot argue for the existence of a political entity called the TRNC, whose very citizenship law says that you have to be Turkish to qualify for citizenship, without also postulating the existence of minorities within that territory, since not everybody who lives within that territory is ethnically Turkish. All your rudeness and bluster is really just a smokescreen to cover your own ignorance.

I am talking about Türkiye from the very beginning IDIOT and IGNORANT. The thread was initially about Türkiye anyway. You misread things and call others ignorant. In Türkiye Greek minority is accepted, in GreeceTurkish minority is banned. Now start reading the thread from the very beginning and continue with your crap afterwards.

And I am questioning the statement "Idiot there is no Greek minority in KKTC", which was made by you.

It was a reply to DT the murderer. While I was questioning the rights of Turks in Greece, he didn't make any comments about the issue at all as he has nothing to say and he simply started talking about Turkish town names in KKTC out of nowhere. So you should question the murderer not me.
