Idiot there is no Greek minority in KKTC.

If we for a moment accept the existence an entity known as the “TRNC” (an entity which so distinguished an observer as İlter Türkmen has stated will never be recognised), then I am curious to know how you would categorise the Greek-speaking population of Rizokarpaso (Dipkarpaz), which is included within the territory of this pseudo-state.
Perhaps the following quote from a discussion by Ali DAYIOĞLU

into the Greek school in Rizokarpaso may help to put things in focus.Yürürlükteki iç ve uluslararası hukuk belgelerine göre her ne kadar Kıbrıs’ın güneyindeki Kıbrıslı Türkler ve kuzeyindeki Kıbrıslı Rumlar hukuken azınlık olarak değerlendirilemezse bile, bugünkü siyasi şartlar altında kuzeydeki Rumlar ile güney-deki Türklerin en azından fiilen birer azınlık gru-bu oluşturdukları açıktır.
Even though the Turkish Cypriots in the south of Cyprus and the Greek Cypriots in the north of Cyprus are not recognised as minorities under prevailing domestic and international jurisprudence, it is evident that under current political conditions the Greeks in the north and the Turks in the south at least constitute a de facto minority group.
Would you like to comment on the non-recognition of the Turkish minority in Greece as well?
