Murataga, Atlilar, Sandallar are preparing to apply to ECHR.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Hmmm, the reality on the ground states otherwise, Piratis.

We have our own state which we live in where you have to show id to come in, we have a government whom we vote for and YOU are trying to negotiate with.

If Christofias is the only president (which he is not because we have not voted for him), then why is he negotiating with our leader?

I know it hurts Piratis but you should just take it in bit by bit, it will get easier in time

When I say "it" , of course, I mean "reality"

The reality is that 1/3rd of Republic of Cyprus is illegally occupied by Turkish troops. What you have is not a "state" but a territory of Republic of Cyprus under illegal occupation.

The president of Cyprus needs 50%+1 votes from those that participate in the elections to be elected. And he got more votes than that. Your vote was not necessary.

In fact according to the 1960 constitution the president of Cyprus is elected exclusively by the GC community. So you don't have any say on who the president of Cyprus should be. However this has now changed and made more democratic, and now you can also vote in the elections, and some 100s of TCs did.

G thanks man, but not thanks.

I think I will stick to my own president and you can deal with your so called "communist" party, who are just as "communist" as Saddam's Baath part

The above is exactly why we cannot live together under a single democracy, the chances for you to vote for a TC president are as much as me voting for Papadapuloshite or Craptofias and if you do not like this idea then you are welcome to go join your Greek brothers in Greaseland

You can call yourself a president if you want, but you can't be whatever you say you are so the only thing you will manage to do si to lie to yourself.

And how did you came to the conclusion that I wouldn't vote for a TC as a president. Maybe you wouldn't vote for a GC, but for me the ethnicity of the candidate is not relevant.

There are many TCs that care for Cyprus as a whole instead of looking on how they will benefit themselves and Turkey on the expense of every other Cypriot.

KUCUK SAYS THE CMP WILL LAUNCH WORK AT A GRAVESITE WHERE TASHKENT MARTYRS WERE BURIED

The Committee on Missing Persons is continuing its excavations and exhumations on both sides of the island.

Gülden Plümer Küçük, Turkish member of the Committee, told BRT that work at a second gravesite in South Cyprus where Taşkent martyrs were buried, would start through the end of the year in line with the program drawn up for 2009.

Calling on the Taşkent villagers not to worry about the excavations to be carried out at the site, she said they were not expecting to face any difficulties in carrying out their work.
