It is very unusual for Bir to stay away that long from the forum and personally speaking for myself, I'm very concerned for him. I hope that he is alright and well and that he is in good health. If it wasn't for the fact that he told us couple of years ago that he may not live through his medical situation at that time which kept him off the forum for a long time, I wouldn't worry about our good friend Bir, but his recent absence makes me feel very concerned for him for the last two months or so, hoping that he would one day show up here, so I kept my thoughts to myself. Lets hope that I'm overreacting and that he'll be back very soon.!

Allow me to also add my support for Bir's return back to CF.

I certainly hope he is able to drop in and say hi, just so thet we know he is OK.

I PMd Birk but no response . I know that he stays up at the blue mountains for lengthy periods so he is not in touch with internet .
Im sure he is ok but it would be nice to hear from him.
His last PM to me was on April 22nd , he wont mind me posting a part of it:

"Great, great news about your dear Iris,my dear Yiannis.
The strength of the human spirit against all adversity is something to wonder about...I wish you both years of happiness together with your beloved grandchildren..My mother (88!) is planning to go to Turkey to attend the wedding of her first-born grandchild. She departs on May 1st...I will be in Sydney till then, to see her off..She too is a remarkable person..Old Istinco soil..as we say in Cypriot Turkish...You might see more of me on the Forum after that...Till then, please accept my best wishes for you and your loved ones...Cheers, Mxxx...

Is that really him ... :?

What a great genuine smile ... with his mouth and his eyes.

My fellow Paphitis. I wish he'd just accept that the troops have to leave Cyprus before we can expect any real progress ...
