Yup actually today I agree with you.. it isn't. Went to a popular restaurant today. Ordered a salad (which is supposed to come with pine nuts, as per the menu). Received the salad - sans nuts! Called the waiter, who tried to convince me this particular salad comes without pine nuts. 15 minutes and numerous requests to consult the menu later, the waiter accepts there should have been pine nuts in my plate of salad. The result? Waiter says "I dunno, "she" (WHO?) usually puts them in, I'll get you some EXTRA ones". Runs off, comes back and slams the tiny plate with 10 pine nuts (not toasted) on the table, runs off with not as much as "sorry".

Yeah, Cyprus is definitely not the same as 15 years ago.

No, I didn't want him to feed me the salad. All I wanted was to get what I ordered, and when the mistake was communicated, I expected an apology and rectification, not a 15 minute argument.
