The strange thing is that I have made virtually no contributions to the General Chat section in the last few months.

Some of us appreciate your CyProb contributions (translated or otherwise) and hope you’ll be around for a long time.

Admin and I try to interfere as little as possible with the content of CF; over-moderated Forums can be stiffling and dull. However, apart from a huge dumbing down of the General Section over the last month or two, we have seen the sudden re-appearance of the 'F' word.

To many people it is not acceptable and, perhaps slightly importantly, might lead someone, for whom English is not their first language, to use it out of context in their real life - with unfortunate results.

The English language, having stolen words from Greek, Latin, German and many other languages, is rich in adjectives and we can get by without resorting to profanity. So please, give it a rest.

Lana PS from next week, we shall be banning all words with less than three syllables.

Lana dear....I have been formulating a list of members who have been solely responsible for the dumbing down of this forum.

As a law abiding CF member I will publicly post this list solely for your benefit so as to make your life a little easier!

The culprits responsible for dumbing down Gereral Chat are as follows:
1. Cyprusgeoff - the guy is a right royal pomy punce,
2. Milo - a very gullible English tart,
3. Bluelagoon - ???????
4. Emma gemma or is it ruby? - ???????????????????????????????????
5. Miltiades - A pom with no fashion sense (he wears white socks and sandles) and uses the "F" word often as well as the "P" word in every sentence,
6. Tim Drayton - a boring phucker.

I have to agree with Lana's start to this thread that there has been a dumbing down of the General Section recently. We seem to have attracted a number of (I can't think of a better word) idiots. The long serving members do come out with a load of crap at times, but at least the majority are able to have an intelligent debate on almost any subject.

Is it just the so called summer "silly season" or is there another explanation?

well lets see...if im right lana did post if anyone wants to post anything about their sexual fantasies she would rather they visit a shrink rather than share it on the forum.
the thread which has caused problems is the "im not a perv, but why are kids so damn sexy" of course fists are going to wave and people are going to react in a certain undesired manner, me being one of them, i will admit, but come on if this isnt exploiting sexual fantasies on a public forum in lets just say an abnormal thread than what is?
its okay to say no more sexual fantasy threads, but the damage is already done.
its a shame to think i asked for it to be removed, predicting what upset it would cause, to be told the girls knew and agreed to their picture going on the forum and their mother has consent, where is the proof to put minds at rest?

oh and you may want to look up exactly what these treatments entale before you commit as they just might cause permanant damage to whats there already
