In most books that is called "imposing" your own culture on other people, you might want to take it in another way, that is your opinion, but this was never the policy of the Ottomans, hence why you are still who you are.

It's not merely about the language, shah. The Ottomans did nothing but destroy. The choice to adopt English usually happened after the Brits left as a consequence of the opportunities left behind by the (double-edged sword) British Empire.

I stated that it did not happen the way you have implied and accurately described events which even included the monkey bites which partially led to a loss of support for Greece. You seem clueless about this. You contradicted that clear statement of mine, by consistently banging on about how the British and their colonial forces were defeated, which led to this long debate. You then in the end accurately described the events for the most part, which I agreed with. Hence I forced you to qualify your misleading sweeping statements. I also reminded you about the Russians which you conveniently forgot.
