Hi folks,

Does anyone remember any of the protest banners/slogans that we used by TCs in the early-2003 protests? If you know them in Turkish, can you also let me know the english meaning.

I'm bringing together material for a chapter on TC responses to EU integration, so any citing Europe would be more than useful.

"Yes be annem!"

Very difficult to translate but the most popular one.

It means "yes to annan plan" in the context of those marches using a funny TC accent.
