“Health knows no borders” Ambulances from the Northern Cyprus and Southern Cyprus have crossed through the Yesilirmak/limnitis gate, in a pilot scheme, ahead of the opening of a crossing point on the north western coast of the Cyprus.

The crossing point in Yesilirmak was used for the first time after 45 years for a trial drive.

They missed a perfect opportunity for a bit of publicity. They should have travelled in that ambulance, as a symbol for the help needed to reach an agreement. What a shame.
