Text books from Turkey to be used in north Cyprus schools

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

If the GC unions voice support this will be seen as collusion with the "enemy" and will dilute the power of the TC unions' action in the eyes of TC public opinion.

Bringing the matter up in the Eu court would be one way, but cannot be done because the north has excluded itself from EU jurisdiction, apparently because "the law favors the GCs" per mr Talat.

So what support can be given to this and other actions that assert TC independence? That is the quandary.

Did I read that right, you will help us assert TC independence? So have you given up on BBF?

Independence from Turkey. You know, like GCs have established independece from Greece. But I am not too hopeful for you YFred. Erosion of the TC community has gone unchecked for two generations.

I thought the "erosion" was all you were after?

Long term agenda working like a charm, what more can one ask for?!

That's ok Nikitas, I have enough hope for both of us and some to spare just in case anybody else needs some. We'll get there sooner or later, don't worry about us and all that.
