Turkish Cypriot are the same in many aspects, but they are not Greek, they are of Turkish origin. But yes, they are the same as Greek Cypriots in terms of rights to live in Cyprus, as it's their country as well as ours.

Whether they agree with it or not, it still holds true. Cyprus is their country too, despite the foreign nationals assisting the division of the island.

The thing is in most situations (TC or GC) they'll think your purposely doing it to piss em off.With TC's if you say "Coffee" it is automatically assumed you are asking for a Greek/Turkish/Cypriot Coffee. If you wanted normal instant coffee you'd say "nescafe" (which is the most popular brand for instant coffee).

You know, even our coffee is the same. The division is silly, why does it all not end. My great-grand dad had a problem with the Turks, he is dead, and so is his wife. The younger generation don't care any more as been so long. Even my mum does not care. Only stupid racist people care, and let's face it, they don't really matter, so what do you say.
You know one of these days I am going to hold an online petition to try and unite the people of Cyprus, and each of them saying that they don't have a problem with the TC and GC. I will send it off it the European Union and hopefully this will open their eyes that this division is silly.
totally agree with you again sega ! hate wouldnt change anything so why not try to be united.. im not cyp or turkish so i dont understand whats going on very good but as an arab that remind me of phalastine and israel! the onlt problem is being raciest and full of hate if they can learn how to be united since they live in the same land things will be easier ..!! at least the idea of real peace might be possible..!!
