The renowned annual South Dakota rally continues to be cursed with tragedy this year.
Last week, Bruce Rossmeyer, owner of over 12 Harley Davidson dealerships was killed in southern Wyoming riding to the Sturgis event the Glenwood Springs Post Independent reported last weekend.
The accident filled rally also claimed injuries to New Hampshire's own Stephen Tyler, lead vocalist of Aerosmith. Tyler fell from the stage while performing 'Love in an Elevator' at the rally ETOnline reports Tyler was dancing on the stage to entertain the crowd during a short sound system outage when he took the spill. After a short evaluation backstage he was later transported to a local hospital for treatment.
New Hampshire is no stranger to motorcycle rally tragedy, and the thoughts and prayers of motorcycle and Aerosmith fans go out to all of the families affected by the accidents in Sturgis this week.
I hope Stevo has a quick painless recovery.
