The Orams have reportedly been left without a lawyer

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

RoC is very good at fooling everyone in how good they are. What you guys don't want to understand is that it makes no difference who has the land in their posesion. When it comes to the peace agreement, it will be reconciled against the land being held in the south. If money is owed than it will be paid in either direction.

And if there is no peace agreement because Turkey's military won't allow it? Or if individual refugees refuse to accept an agreement not in accordance with existing EU laws and principles? The law is and will remain open to them. Refugees have waited long enough for justice and have given up on politicians and the international community. I don't blame anyone who chooses to use their EU citizenship to secure justice in whatever way they can.

Just thought I'd look in ....

The thread content has got nothing to do with the thread title.

There's a quite simple (and dull) explanation for the Orams losing their solicitors - Isin Vahib was subject to a Solicitors Regulatory Authority disciplinary action "to impose immediate conditions on Ms I Vahib’s current practising certificate that (1) she delivers half yearly accountant’s reports, such reports and any cease to hold accountant’s report required to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which they relate and (2) she attends a course accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority on the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules 1998 and the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct 2007 within 6 months of the date of notification of this decision and provides confirmation of her attendance (in the form of a certificate or letter of
attendance from the course provider) at such course within 2 months of her attendance. " This decision was dated 12th January 2009 and, given a little over six months to comply, if she failed to comply with either requirement then her time is up and she would no longer have licence to practice in the UK.

Saw something the other day, didn't read the whole story, that they are now using the firm Herbert Smith.

It is even more so important not to confuse the 2 if you are planning to live with the same people for the next, well, for ever

shah, in my village, my neighbour for the last 150 years, is a "Turk". his family has been in that village for about 250 years, and the village itself was over 400 years old, we took care of our trees older still. if you dismiss this it is because you are ignorant or a bigot who would deny our lives.

...but what do i know, i come from a "mixed" village.

Of course I would never deny that repulse, I am sorry my remark came out to be very generalising as it was not the intent...

Welcome back Copperline. Your enlightened but sometimes controversial views have been missed, the forum can do with a few more educated people such as yourself even though we may disagree. Personally I'm getting fed up with the "Whoop! Whoop!" brigade that has demeaned the forum of late.
