“BRITISH CITIZENS WILL NOT FACE PROBLEMS”

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Typical Brits.. Cyprus is always catering to their needs, and not the needs of our own country.

It's clear no solution will be forthcoming unless Cypriots are prepared to gift part of their island to Turkey's military, which was, of course, the condition the British set for their withdrawal back in 1959.

Back then Cypriots had not tasted freedom for centuries, and had little or no choice but to accept whatever form of independence, however inadequate, they were offered.

Different circumstances apply today. Cypriots in the free part of the island have enjoyed real freedom since joining the European family in 2004. They will not compromise on this freedom nor endorse the gifting of any more of their land to a foreign power. Why should they? Would any other people, in any other part of the EU?

Is that what a BBF with political equality means?

It's what it means to Turkey's military, I'm afraid.

okay first of all it is YOUR english thats bad. I was born and raised in America, I'm pretty sure my english is fine.

Second of all, what you said made no sense. I never said you did fear her... YOU said "what it is our past you have learnn to share equally with us" which made NO sense, and learn was spelt wrong.

Don't criticisize when you need criticisizm.
