I was not actually asking medical advice and certainly would not recomend from you as this is a medical situation. i was asking if anybody has a similar experince....Secondly, i totaly believe in holistic therapy. Just not at this point. IF YOU HAD ANY IDEA ABOUT HOLISTIC THERAPY ..its mainly used when MODERN MEDICINE cant do anything more.
SO mr clever proffesor i hope that answers Your remark!!!

Alternatively, drink a glass of tap water...

Apart from the placebo effect there is no scientific evidence that holistic medicine has any effect at all...

As for medical advice, you still have pain after two weeks, you are worried, you think your running career is over and you turn to... a chat forum.

its a kind straight line fracture. not a compund break or a displaced if you know what that is. so if i keep in tact it will heel straight. i hope. They dont cast toes just put a splint in between in wrap it with a band aid.

Myo gel might help with cooling down bruise and help swelling yes icing it does the trick.

Regarding my foot fetish needs!! I wasnt asking you to apply the gel on for me just bring it!! i do have nice clean feet and toes by the way.!! just one broken one at mo.

hope when im better ill come over for a pedicure!!ouch mind the toe

I would also suggest that you check out how your toe is connected to your brain, that might explain your crap spelling.
